Who Is Chris White?
Born and raised in the heart of North Carolina, Chris graduated from N.C. State University in 2014 with a B.S. in sport management and a journalism minor certification. He's a musician and has been playing clarinet for more than a decade, much of that time being spent as first chair clarinetist for an orchestra in his hometown. Chris is also what you can call a "professional dabbler" in photography - not quite a full blown professional but not a novice either - and has had his works on exhibit at the N.C. State Fair each year since 2009 to be seen by millions of visitors. As far as the writing, Chris was the only high school student in his local area to be recognized via winning an essay contest on the United Nations Law of the Sea Treaty in 2010. With that, he was provided the opportunity to travel to New York City and Washington, D.C., where he met several dignitaries along the way.

What Is Reflections?
How about we let Chris tell you...
"My blog, Reflections, was started in 2008. To be honest, I didn't know what I was getting myself into at the time, I just knew I was an opinionated guy and needed a platform to publish my thoughts. It has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Since its inception, the blog has garnered more than 97,000 views from more than 20 countries worldwide. You'll find a variety of posts on Reflections each week from serial posts such as 'New Music Monday' and 'My Friday Five' to film reviews and much more. The goal is to provide thought provoking content that will not only entertain but get conversations going."
